KANGA Volleyball & Kintsugi Movement present: a volleyball-specific Strength and Conditioning Clinic!

Become a better athlete! Improve your speed, strength, agility, and mobility. Learn how to enhance your lateral acceleration and develop explosive power while jumping. Be taught routines that will help prevent knee and shoulder injuries. Gain knowledge for how to properly warm up your muscles before practicing and competing.

Players should:

  • wear athletic clothes and shoes
  • bring water
  • bring a hand towel

Aaron Jessee (founder of Kintsugi Movement) is the Official “International Volleyball Hall of Fame Partner for Sports Performance and Injury Prevention.” He is also a professional volleyball player with Northeast Force, a Board Member for the Volleyball Hall of Fame, and the assistant coach at Endicott College for the men’s program.

Important Information

**Waivers: A parent/guardian must sign (IN-PERSON) waivers before their player’s first clinic.

Arrival Time: Players should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to change and warm up.

Parking: There is an upper parking lot and a lower parking lot close to the gym – see our parking map.

Parents: Parents are encouraged to stay and watch, but please don’t interact with your player.

Discounts: There are no discounts for this clinic.
